Step 1 -- Place Order
Complete and submit our Order Form.
After submitting your order, you will receive an email containing contract and payment information.
Step 2 -- Sign & Return Contract
Once you have received our email containing contract and payment information,
read these document carefully and become familiar with their terms and conditions.
If you are satisfied with the terms and conditions, print, sign and fax the agreement to the following Fax number:

Step 3 -- First Payment (Deposit 50%)
Once we are in receipt of your signed contract, we require 50% payment of your total order prior to our beginning any web-development.
We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Bank Checks.
Step 4 -- Send Files
Upon receipt of your 50% deposit, we will begin the development of your very own virtual wedding album.
E-Mail Photos:

If your photos are already in digital format (i.e., you took the photos with a digital camera, or you have already 'scanned' the prints onto your computer) all that is required is that you email them to:
photos@seeourweddingalbum.com

or upload them using our easy to use upload
form.
For those sending over 35 photos, or large file sizes, you may want to consider compressing the files using a 'Zip' program like
Winzip.
Send via Postal Service:
If you only have prints, you have a few options...

Most photo developers will provide you with a Photo CD. Have your photo developer produce a Photo CD and send us the CD-Rom.

If you have access to a scanner and are familiar with CD-R or CD-RW technology, you can scan
and burn a CD-Rom and send it to us.

You can send the prints to us and we'll scan the photos for you! ($1.00 per photo)
Step 5 -- Approve Website
Once we have built your website, you will receive an email with a
temporary link to preview your site.
Review your website and make note of any changes or corrections you would like to make before final publishing to the world wide web.
You will receive a project completion sign-off form that you will need to sign and fax or mail back to us prior to publishing your site.
Step 6 -- Balance Due
Once we are in receipt of your signed project completion sign-off form
the remaining balance is due prior to publishing your website to the world wide web.
Step 7 -- Launch your Web Site
Once final payment has been received, your virtual wedding album
will be published to the world wide web for all to see.
